How do I place my order?
There are two ways to place an order:

If your order is in stock it usually ships the same day or the following business day. An exception can occur if your order is not in stock, if this situation occurs you can expect a delay of approximately one week.

What are Van-Griner’s shipping rates?
Rates are variable and depend on the weight of the product, service requested and final destination.

How will my products be shipped?
Our preferred method of shipping is UPS and/or UPS freight. Should you prefer to be billed collect, contact our customer service team with your desired carrier and service.
How do I handle a shipping claim?
All claims must be made in writing 30 days from receipt. In your claim please include the following information: shipping documents, description of the claim, carrier and date received.
All sales of physical products are final.
Digital codes that have not been redeemed can be returned, but are subject to a reactivation fee.
