Shipping speeds:

We ship from Ohio (zip 45865) so UPS Ground shipping to Ohio and Indiana typically takes 1 business day (M–F) if order is placed before 2:00 pm. Media Mail (USPS) to Ohio is typically 3–5 business days.

Please note: It may take 24 hours for tracking information to appear. Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern will ship the next business day (Monday–Friday).

Digital products:

If your order only includes digital products (downloads or redemption codes) you will receive an email shortly with access to your digital materials. If you ordered physical products along with a digital product, you will receive an email with access to your digital materials once the physical order is processed in our system (typically within a few business hours). Remember to check your spam/junk if you can’t find the email in your inbox.
